Is it weird to frequently change your WhatsApp profile pictures

Would like to see what the general public think to a person (a married woman in mid 30’s) changing her WhatApp profile picture as a minimum once a week , some weeks every other day, some days even twice a day to herself , sometimes with husband sometimes with kids ….

I don’t know anyone else who does this , what does this tendency mean ?

How is it weird to update your pictures daily/weekly?? Some of the comments are so strange lol people can do what they want. How does that make you narcissistic🤣

Maybe ask yourself what's the purpose of a WhatsApp photo? And why would you change it so often?

I reckon the main purpose is so that on the very rare occasions you might send a message to someone who has no idea who Maureen is the picture might jog their memory.

Why would you change it constantly? Well not to help strangers work out who you are. And actual friends will know what you look like and you presumably still look very similar to the photo you put up yesterday. I can't really think of reasons that don't boil down to something like Narcissus!

(Sometimes the photos have been photoshopped to the extent that even Maureen's mother wouldn't recognise her, but that's a different matter altogether )

I'd think it's weirder that I'd noticed and try to fill my time with something else other than stalking somebody's WhatsApp photo.

I've done a medical degree via the university of Mumsnet talk forums and can confidently tell you this:- If she is 55 plus she has dementia If she is less than 20 then she is neuro diverse If she is between 20 and 55 she is a narcissist.
