Help! What would you do?

Hey ladies, so long story short we’ve had an issue with our boiler so currently have no central heating so have been using plug in heaters, I told my mum just how annoying it is so close to December when I need to start Christmas shopping and we need a whole new boiler, even worse we’ve found no company with available time to fix it for 4 days! she then proceeded to get angry and say she’s going to call the social and have my 1yo taken off me and given to her and that I would be able to see her at her house and my partner can’t see her, how would you react to this?

You said she has never liked any friend or boyfriend I've had in the past so this is not unusual for her.

So who's more likely to be wrong? All your friends and boyfriends, and you, for liking them ... or your mum?

Honestly, she sounds batshit.

I'd be keeping well away from her.

Hey ladies, my toddler something on her toe a few weeks ago and the nail bruised, fast forward a to now and it's still bruised but the nail is becoming detached at the base (hoping a new nail is growing through) but today the black bruised part is crumbling away and has left a a gap at the top sort of like a hole, there is a layer underneath but doesn't look like proper nail, I tried ringing gp as I'm worried it's healing wrong but they aren't interested, anyone had this before?

We have plug in electric heater(wall mounted) as our heating in our home and have survived for the last 20years!

I’d be cutting contact or keeping it to minimum.

Is it only your friends/partner your mum doesn’t like or is she like this with your siblings too.

As for the nail, it’s been damaged so will grow out and hopefully a nice new nail is growing in,

Managed to get out boiler working again now anyway woo!

Umm she's not liked previous friends sometimes for my siblings but she absolutely loves my sisters and brothers partners
