Hello - this makes heartening reading Smile - thank you for starting the thread OP, we're super glad you find MN useful - that's pretty much what our purpose is.

I wondered if I might ask you all a favour? We've been a bit battered on Trustpilot by some folks who've we've had cause to ban from the site for various misdemeanours. If anyone feels able to add their thoughts about Mumsnet - just for a bit of balance of course Grin - we'd be super grateful.
