Someone sat across from my house in the car

There's someone sat across from my house in their car with their front and back lights on and they've been there for the past hour. It's 01.50am.

It's a busy road and they're just off the road up a side street.

What could they be doing?

We have a white 'party' car that comes around to our quiet side street every so often and stays for a long time. I think they're delivering drugs.

There was another car that parked for a long time once. The driver was getting a blow job.

I thank God my children's window looks out over the other side!
