My next door moved in a few weeks ago. However, when i was in the garden i noticed she was taking photos of me from her kitchen window. I find this very strange and uncomfortable. To make matters worse i have right of way through her garden and dont want a photoshoot everytime i am in my garden minding my own buisness.

The next time she says hello, act surprised and say “oh I remember you, you’re the one who used to stick her used sanitary towels on people at school…” give her a disgusted/confused laugh and walk away.

Op is it possible she wasn’t photographing you but her garden, and is it possible when she smiled and said hello she was just being nice?

The info that she may be taking photos of you from the neck up in your garden is secondary info

My MIL takes bird photos. My teens take sunrise and sky photos. It's very hard to know where someone is focusing. I think you may be paranoid. But I would ask her straight out. "I know it sounds weird but what were you photograph ing yesterday" ?

Agree she was prob sending your pic to a friend saying look who I've moved next door to. Don't take any more parcels in & limit your time in the shared access space. The throwing used tampons thing is off the scale weird. And my DM was House Mistress at a private girls boarding school where all sorts went on so I know weird (10 year old delib starting fires was just one instance).

Given her past behaviour (disgusting, btw!), I'd do my best to ignore and avoid her. Live your life as thought she doesn't even exist, as far as possible.

Are you sure this is the same person, and are you sure she used to Chuck tampons at people and it’s not just some wired high school rumour. People used to say all sorts in my school, none of it was true.
