Absolute bollocks. There are proven benefits of drinking small amounts of alcohol and that factor regularly features in longevity studies.
Care to cite some? The only ones I can find are specifically about the effect on longevity of drinking moderate amounts of alcohol in your sixties [Keyes et al., 2019; van den Brandt & Brandts, 2020]. The arguments for health benefits are predominantly based on demonstration of in vitro (i.e. in a test-tube) antioxidant or other actions of substances like polyphenols at concentrations that cannot possibly be achieved in the body by drinking wine [Visioli et al., 2020].
A large-scale global study published in 2018 concluded that "The level of alcohol consumption that minimised harm across health outcomes was zero (95% UI 0·0–0·8) standard drinks per week" [Griswold et al., 2018].
