I put an eminem Play list on when I went for a walk yesterday and powered through it really quickly. Its definitely the right music to get you moving
I had my headphones on while walking a few months ago and wondered why I was out of breath. I had my YouTube metal play list on and a nice stroll turned into a jog I had planned on!
