For energy the Jam beat surrender, great for the cross trainer and picking up pace when you're flagging on a run. I also secretly love come on Eileen. Helena my chemical romance, Feeder Just a day, numb/breaking the habit linkin park (although anything from Meteora or hybrid theory will work) and girl all the bad guys want by Bowling for soup, because it reminds me of a power I had in my misspent youth and makes me smile.
