Invasionofthegutsnatchers · 21/09/2021 19:51

To get all our house renovations done in the blink of an eye and then for my house to deep clean itself daily and silently whilst I sleep.

GoddamnCars · 21/09/2021 20:05

Ferrets. A house of our own (because ferrets).

To share my life with someone who is interested in me. Or if that's not possible, to live with my two girls without a partner in the house who makes me feel so desperately inadequate. I'm so so lonely and it's hard to imagine I could feel more so if he wasn't there. There's a special kind of misery being disliked/ignoreed at close quarters Sad

Draineddraineddrained · 21/09/2021 21:03

Oh and enough money for a deposit on a 2 bed house. That would make achieving the previous thing a lot easier.

Nc123 · 21/09/2021 21:05

A bigger house. I can’t move till we’ve finished the massive refurb on our current one, which is too small for us now.

OldTinHat · 21/09/2021 21:05

New furniture that matches. We gratefully accepted other people's cast off furniture when we first got married, thinking that we would replace it with new stuff gradually when we were earning more money. It's 17 years later, our income has gone down, not up from the early days and our house is full of non matching furniture.

  1. House Cleaner
  2. Holiday Abroad
  3. Dog - think that I think I want this but don't really as I could probably have one if I really really wanted one.
  4. Lower work related stress

Meatshake · 26/09/2021 18:12

A job. I've been working on and off never quite realising my undiagnosed autism was preventing me from succeeding.

I've got a patchy work history and a five year break to have my kids. It feels nigh on impossible to get back into the work force despite being fairly bright and having a levels and a degree etc.

Mermaidpool · 26/09/2021 18:15

A house of our own instead of being stuck renting

desperate4spring · 26/09/2021 18:18
