Aarrgg tesco delivery!!!!!

So tonight my tesco delivery just didn't turn up!!! No phone call, no email, nothing!! The app is still showing its going to be delivered!! I've got no fruit here for my children for school, my DD is autistic and going to have a meltdown when she doesn't have her usual fruit! I am so so annoyed!!
Can't wait to hear the excuse Tesco give me in the morning when I ring, no doubt they will just offer a proxy £10 good will gesture!

@Ducksurprise she was ok, although she didn't eat the apple 🙈 but saved a meltdown this morning, got her to school with nothing more than the usual fuss (itchy clothes, lumps in tights, shoes too tight/not tight enough, which sunglasses she wanted to wear/trying on about 20 pairs ( she's photo phobic) and she's only 4 so God knows what she will be like at 14 🙈🙈🙈

I use sainsburys and they've been brilliant. Once I had to do an emergency vet run and missed my shop, he rang me and I went and met him at his next stop and unloaded into my car just so I didn't miss my shopping
They were the first supermarket to give me priority shielding slots so I've stuck with them!

This happened to me couple of weeks ago. Saturday delivery. Rang up after half an hour to be told driver is running late, he will be there by 12 pm. Rang for an update at 12 pm. Sorry all deliveries cancelled today. Issues at depot.

I can offer you a click and collect. Im a disabled non driver. If I wanted a click and collect Id book one. I was given a delivery slot for following day but i hate deliveries on a sunday. Same happened to my nephew who gets his from same depot so there must have been a major issue. Probably no drivers. We both got £10.

At no point did I get a call of taxt to say the delivery had been cancelled. Nephew got a phone call!
