Become so bored of cooking the same old recipes. No idea what to cook tonight so what are you lot all having? Need some inspiration

Thank you @gingercat02. That looks so nice. We had a quick bbq and dodged the raindrops. The corn on the cobs were delicious.

I couldn't be bothered to even turn the oven on, which is my usual minimum.

So I had peanuts (in Grey's Anatomy's Joe's Bar quantities) and some goats' cheese. Will probably also have a nectarine or two before I go to bed.

I’m having toast with pate, a cooplands sausage roll and breadsticks with onion and garlic dip. Super healthy.

I made bread with the bread maker and had antipasto with salad, boiled eggs, olives, cheeses. The bread came out hot and the butter melted.

DD is away with her dad so... umm an M&S scotch egg. A green pepper. A rocket ice lolly, some grapes. Some home cooked gammon with English mustard. Dark chocolate and spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter and sea salt sprinkled on top. And some Greek yogurt.

When she gets back she's having a sleepover with a load of friends so I have literally bags of sweets, popcorn, biscuits, crisps and chocolate which I resisting the urge to savage.

Ddog had a licky mat with peanut butter, yogurt and liver sausage.

Chicken madras (homemade been bubbling in the slow cooker and smells divine) with home made breads and some samosas from the butcher

Montreal chicken with sweet potato mash & long stem broccoli. Even better my daughter is cooking it now while I flick through Netflix. Perfect 🥰

DH made sausage casserole with mashed potatoes and tenderstem broccoli.

I made sushi for DS2 as it's his birthday so he and DΗ had that and me and DS1 had Chinese and the other two are now eating the leftovers lol

We had a home made biryani from yesterday's left over take away curry, was lush with salad on side. fatimacooks.net/recipe/leftover-curry-biryani/

We had homemade pizzas with yoghurt pizza dough that I’d seen mentioned on another thread yesterday. DH usually makes the dough ages in advance and spends the day fretting about it, but this was really easy and came out well.

Extra veggies on top and I had piles of anchovies too.

Today I had mince, Scottish style, with broccoli, carrots and peas.

It was delicious.

Fish and chips! Like every Saturday.

Chicken mince pasta made with shop bought jar but cooked the chicken with oil onions ginger garlic Cumin powder before adding the sauce.

Tonight we had lentil curry, tomorrow we are having sweet potato tacos

DP cooked, we had hake fillets with cannellini beans, chorizo and spinach, and new potatoes and Chantenay carrots. Very nice!

I roasted a big tray of veg - aubergine, peppers, courgette and onion. Covered in olive oil, chilli, thyme. When it came out of oven crumbled some Wensleydale on top and we ate it with some prosciutto and salami.
