Help me find the perfect pillow.....pleeeease I'm begging you!

Posting here for traffic! I am one of those annoying people who hate noise. The pillows I currently have are horrendous, only have to move slightly and it sounds like two pieces of cheap material rubbing together and it is driving me insane (currently have Silent Night Hotel like pillows)
Been doing some research on Internet and a lot of it seems contradictory
Do you any of you have any recommendations for a nice comfortable silent pillow please?

I have the Panda Bamboo one mentioned in the telegraph article, it's really good.

I've got memory foam, shaped pillows (ergonomic so good for neck/spine alignment)

Dunlopillo latex pillows.

Honestly it's changed my sleeping life!

I hate any kind of squeezing or creaking, hate memory pillows as they restrict my wriggling.

Ours were £90 each, but are as good as new 5 years later. I would have said this is a ridiculous amount to pay for a pillow until I had one. Obviously I realise I'm lucky to be able to spend this.

I cannot recommend these enough.
