To ask about bagged delivery's

I currently do online shopping for my grandparents. One is bedbound and the other has various mobility and health issues I do not live locally nor do other family hence why it is done online.

We were previously paying for the tray liners which meant that my nan could just scoop it all up and drag it inside. Recently it seems that all shops apart from Ocado have stopped this service. Last week after some research we opted for asda as it said if we left a delivery note and reusable bags on the doorstep the driver would pack them however this turned into the driver saying it wasn't his job which has shaken the confidence of my Nan.

Have I missed a main supermarket that still offer bags/tray liners please

Ocado do bags, they take them back and refund the cost of the next order

I’d also add that all the Morrison’s drivers are really friendly and helpful. When I was heavily pregnant they asked if I was ok with them leaving it at the front door or if I wanted them to bring it through to the kitchen. I always declined but they really are all very nice! Much better than any other supermarket driver I’ve experienced, so they may well help

Would have to agree with this actually. Our Morrisons drivers are all extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely lot.

Ocado are great all round I find, the shopping comes in bags but all the drivers do ask if I need help (broke my wrist and have a small pot on atm.)
As pp say most other supermarkets have stopped doing bags, plus I also find that Asda/Morrison's drivers really can be quite sullen though may have just had a bad few. I second the Amazon Morrison's deliveries too, paper bags and quick delivery.
