My DC hadn't watched football before the final and was shocked at the "cheating" ie: pulling people down and tripping them over.

He thinks anyone "cheating" should have to go off for a time out where presumably they have a little think about how they behaved. I dont know if he thinks they should say sorry when they come back on or not.

Mind you when they went to extra time he asked if that meant there would be football tomorrow and when I explained he said "what now??" Its a idea...

He is also of the opinion that the teams must be quite bad because when they play football at school there are lots of goals and "they have been playing for ages and only got 1 each!"
