Thank you, yes, will do, to be fair 10 year old DD is lovely company and at the semi final seemed like a lucky mascot as she walked down the stairs having not watched any of it one second bwfore England equalised! My teenage son asked her to stay downstairs for the rest of it as she was lucky and then they won!

DP in the pub, brothers in the pub.... SIL invited my mum round so I'm alone, with a large glass of fizzy J20 and my 8mo asleep upstairs.

Not even fussed about football but feeling sorry for myself that no one thought about me when making plans (DP did offer to stay home when I realised everyone had made plans without me and got upset but I insisted he went out, I would have only felt worse if he was stuck in too).

I actually said I hope England lose in my strop earlier but of course I don't.

Now I'm crying because BBC playing hometown glory and it's always made me emotional anyway.

I should probably get something stronger than a j20.

We're nearly off - this is nervewracking.
