I have a small baby and PND. Partner is making my mental health so much worse. How do I go about getting out of this? I'm so scared

The thing is that if you’ve been officially diagnosed as having PND and you’re not taking the medication prescribed it could be frowned upon.
For your sake you really need to have another think about taking the medication.
Think about how much your baby needs you to be well 💐

speak to your partner about how he's feeling right now. You might be surprised.

I won't be surprised. I'll get the same response I always get. Nothing.

I'm not taking something I'm not happy to take. It's my body, I should be able to decide what I put in it

@Ludo19

Well if he'd leave if you asked him to, then ask him. Get some advice regarding your mental health

Yeah, I tried for hours yesterday to contact crisis team. No answer. So I have tried to get help.

I'm asking him to leave today. I don't want him around me and my baby

I’m on day 19 of citalopram, like you I was so scared to take them had them in my cupboard for a month before deciding to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. The first week or so wasn’t great I’ll be honest but everyday I am feeling more and more like myself no more morning anxiety and panic attacks and not a lot of sad feelings anymore.

I'm not being harsh OP but you really need to speak to your GP about finding alternatives.
