I would throw up if I did this. I just cannot eat sugary stuff like this for breakfast.

@Womendohavevaginasnick

350g little. Managed just over half, I'll have the rest for supper. With bread sticks as suggested. And wine.
Jesus 350g is 1,886 calories! I know it’s calorific as I had a teaspoon full the other week out of a jar DH has been scoffing. It isn’t something we usually buy, I weighed that tiny teaspoon and it equalled 135 calories!

@Heyyeahyouwiththesadface you ate a whole teaspoon??! Glutton. I manage to make half a teaspoon last a week. I just lick the spoon quickly whenever I feel the hunger pangs.

I had a delicious organic vegan dark chocolate version of Nutella as part of a hamper at Christmas - it was heaven. Can't remember the brand, but it was delicious.

HeyGirlHeyBoy · 03/07/2021 15:01

Yum yum yum..... But I would have to lie down and probably sleep after it!

ThinWomansBrain · 03/07/2021 15:05

WOW - just discovered I didn't eat it all!

Sunflower oil rather than palm oil, sugar still the main ingredient Hmm

Just keep the insulin handy...

SchrodingersMat · 03/07/2021 15:33

I’d definitely whip up a batch of pancakes to go with it OP.

Wombat36 · 03/07/2021 15:37

Costco's own brand has no palm oil. 😁

Yep, I could do that.

MouldyPotato · 03/07/2021 15:38

Thanks for the palm oil free tips!

I’m only showing such reserve because I’ve lost 3 stone.
If I hadn’t been such a glutton for the majority of my life, I wouldn’t have needed to diet in the first place!

@Heyyeahyouwiththesadface bloody good on you. I'm currently on that journey and it's hard work!
