Completely balanced breakfast if you ask me. All the important food groups included Grin

grey12 · 03/07/2021 11:10

I eat my nutella with banana btw

Womendohavevaginasnick · 03/07/2021 11:13

350g little. Managed just over half, I'll have the rest for supper. With bread sticks as suggested. And wine.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I've just had a packet of custard creams for breakfast!

Holothane · 03/07/2021 11:14

0h no sorry just no.

SnoogyWoo · 03/07/2021 11:15

If you really knew what was in it I don’t think you would.

championthewonderhorse70 · 03/07/2021 11:18

Sounds amazing.

PurpleDaisies · 03/07/2021 11:19

I’m totally judging myself for judging you for being able to eat so much Nutella without being sick. I could easily eat a whole tube of Pringles or a massive fried breakfast for the same calories but Nutella just doesn’t do it for me. Especially first thing.

ElderMillennial · 03/07/2021 11:21

Just go for it and stop if you feel sick Grin

FindingMeno · 03/07/2021 11:22

When you are sick don't say I didn't tell you!

Ellie56 · 03/07/2021 11:30

Yuck

HelenaJessica73 · 03/07/2021 11:33

That's a lot of sugar and others mentioned 'palm oil', doesn't sound too healthy to me...

Monkeytennis97 · 03/07/2021 11:36

In the words of the Derry Girls; "Boke"

Purplecatshopaholic · 03/07/2021 11:36

That sounds awesome op. I am well jealous now as I don’t have any in the house!

IDidntFloatUpTheLaganInABubble · 03/07/2021 11:46

It may be completely unhealthy and I am clearly an absolute glutton but there is no way it would make me feel sick!

CaptainThe95thRifles · 03/07/2021 11:49

"Doesn't sound too healthy" Grin No shit, Sherlock!

I can't visualise 350g (or 175g) of Nutella. Can we have it in comparison with sausages (or apples for the healthy types) please?

BingBongToTheMoon · 03/07/2021 12:07

Melt it a little and add a scoop of ice cream into the jar!

KaleJuicer · 03/07/2021 12:10

It’s 538 calories per 100 g so it’s one way of getting your entire daily calorie allowance in one go (assuming you’re a medium sized woman!)

I'm not arsed about it being healthy. I'll run it off later. Couldn't be doing with living off lettuce and tomatoes all the time

Erm the tin of baked beans is 420g if that helps?

Do hazelnuts count as one of your 5 a day?

Kanaloa · 03/07/2021 12:48

I don’t think the two options are living off lettuce and tomatoes or jar of Nutella.

I wouldn’t eat it, just because to me it should go on something like toast. It would be like just eating jam.

CandyLeBonBon · 03/07/2021 12:53

I do love the op faced health experts on these threads. You'd have to be nuts to think Nutella was healthy(!), or feel the need to remind someone of the fact that it's not. Of course it's not healthy. Everyone knows it's not healthy. That's not the purpose of Nutella, is it? (in spite of what the Nutella marketing team are trying to persuade you with their spurious hazelnut claims).

Op, I am awed by your Nutella stamina, as I can only manage a spoonful or two because o don't really have a sweet tooth. Crunchy peanut butter on the other hand...
