How soon did your PCR result come back?

Those who have had recent PCR tests, how soon were your results back?

My son took one Thursday and got the results this morning - as did another of his friends. A 3rd friend went to the same place as us and got them back within 24 hours......

test at 8am results back 7pm the same day, I was impressed!

Oh got his the next day
Mine took 2 days
Ds’s took 5 days!

Thanks, currently at 33 hours waiting for DD's, from a drive thru centre yesterday, was just wondering what others experiences were as last time we had to do one (December) results were less than 24 hours.

Test on Monday, results this afternoon. Four in household positive and had been out every day. No wonder Covid is spreading!

Never, was a home test for my son.
