to complain to Tescos about this delivery driver?

NOt mine but for someone opposite.

Left crates all over road so no other vehicles could get past until he decided he had finished and finally moved them. Our roads are very narrow and you have trouble going up/down them if cars are parked badly, let alone leaving their stuff all over road [hmm[

Then when I had got past and was reversing into a space, he suddenly walked behind the car (so close he could touch it) and I had to slam on the brakes.

He did this 3 times

I want to complain to Tesco about him. Is this reasonable or overreaction?

thats bad customer service. I hope you've sent them another email asking why you haven't had a reply.

I used to think their customer service was pretty good, but i recently had reason to email them and had to email 3 times and phone once before I got a suffucient response!

I always get impression with Tesco that they have so many customers that they don't care if they piss a few off.

It annoys me.
