God no.

Eating and drinking are my favourite hobby.

it very much depends how much money you have.

I have been through some considerable up and downs, and switch in less than a day to frugal mode when necessary.

The people who say "just splash out £50 to cheer yourself up" have no idea.

I hate Takeaway and for that reason never have it normally though we did have it in the last year because of Covid and being absolutely sick of cooking. Chinese takeaway is the worst of all in my opinion and I never eat it anymore.

I do however love going out for dinner but then again not all the time.I love it to be a treat.

I'm paying for the time and effort I don't have to put in to make it.

Arbadacarba · 12/06/2021 16:46

I class them as a treat, so no.

I have a very precarious income but eating out is what keeps me sane. Even going for a cola and and sitting out somewhere other than my house makes me feel good
I don’t drink, smoke, wear make up or buy handbags. I only buy clothes and shoes when something has been worn out.
You could pack my whole wardrobe of clothes and shoes in a small back pack.
It is my one pleasure that has been denied me for months.
