To think 19 is hot enough for a Lido swim?

19 today, when I'm taking DC. H is shocked and doesn't think it's okay, as it'll be too cold to be out in water at just 19.

But it's a sunny 19, not cloudy. And the session is only 45 mins.

26 degrees is generally considered comfortable swimming temperature although to me that is on the chilly side. I saw a few people swimming at the beach here in Ireland last weekend when the sea temperature was only 11 degrees though.
