Taking/Sharing sexualised images

Not really AIBU but posting here for traffic. I was in a conversation recently where I shared my belief that there is a generational divide with taking/sharing sexual images, i.e it is really common and considered very normal for younger women but hardly anyone does it over a certain age. Others(much younger) disagreed and said people of all ages now do it. So I'm interested who's right, and asking if anyone is prepared to share. I'll go first:

I've never taken or shared a sexualised image of myself
(I don't know if others might have taken images but not shared them)

Yes only to my husband - I’m 34

I’m 37 and I share pictures and videos with my boyfriend regularly. We’ve been together about 3.5 years but don’t live together so sext when we’re apart. Never did it with my ex husband or anyone else.

I'm mid 30s and have sent pics of my boobs to DH (or the odd underwear pic) if I'm in the mood..

It's all a bit of fun!

DH is a tech nerd and I know that digital images are permanent, even "deleted" ones.

DH and I pre-date moblie phones, but even if I was younger I still wouldn't send copromising images to anyone at all.

I have to my DH, I’m 33. He’s the only one I’ve sent them to. My ex wanted me to but something stopped me- I’m glad now as I wouldn’t want him in possession of them! Trust my DH implicitly.

I have, and I really wish I hadn't. I have an abusive ex who threatened me with revenge porn after we broke up. It terrifies me still that he'll do it.

Never and never would I hate photos of myself as it is naked🤮🤮

I am 28 and I have taken photos for my husband and with him but not for many years and I wouldn't do so now! (been together since we were 16)

Early 30s and bf and I have shared a few (no faces).

I’m 39 and I did when I was in my early - mid 20’s .
Not now though

Early 40s, have done ever since I got a digital camera. Would never have done it when you had to send the film off to get developed! I think that might explain the age thing, people who turned 18 when digital cameras became available have always had a risk free (sort of) option.

In my 50s and no never have, never would. When dh and i were young we used to talk about filming ourselves dtd, but we never actually got around to it, and no way would we have shared it.

Yes, by DH only of course. Never showing any face, location, etc.

It's probably very different with younger people who grew up with digital camera, endless selfies, etc.
