To be obsessed with listing for peoples old sofas

So you feel you need a new sofa, but instead of paying to get the council to take your old sofa away or a waste company you think I'll sell it on FB marketplace instead for nearly as much as you bought it for.

Personal favourites include photos of stains, where cats have scratched it. Listing must contain, just needs a clean then clean you dirty animal , plenty of life left.

Haven't changed our sofa in 18 years misses point entirely

@aprilshowersandhail that's a monumentally skanky bit of Fly-tipping you did then. I hope your council tax goes up next year.

Whilst on the topic of dirty furniture if anyone knows Mary and Giles from Gogglebox please ask them to clean (or throw out. Or sell on FB) the chair that Giles sits on. It is manky and makes me reach for the antibac. Ugh.

@Aprilshowersandhail

During lockdown our tip was shut.. Shoved ours outside the back gate and told the council it had been dumped.. They came the same day. Wasn't technically a lie!!
Love it 😂

There was one on my local fb page, leather sofa, ripped. Wanted £100, for a torn sofa.

I sold our perfectly good sofa bed for £80 and was pleased!
