Sainsburys has really gone downhill recently IMO.
I have used Sainsburys home delivery for over a year due to shielding and was very grateful for it, but recently I have had items missing and have been charged for, also every week there are every day items missing from the website.
This week I booked my usual spot which has always been free delivery only to find they now charge £4.00, I rang them to discover they no longer do free delivery.
AIBU to think they should have informed their customers of this decision instead of sneakily just adding the cost to their account.
It will be Waitrose all the way for me from now on.
