I don't even watch the programme but I've been following his case (( well cases)) and I'm astounded by the fact that a man's right to have access to his children seems to come above a child's right to be kept safe from harm. Is this the norm in the states whereby someone with a history like his can remain in the home? 🤔

@sunflowersandbuttercups I don't know that Josh has prior convictions, the sex worker who accused him of sexual assault didn't go ahead with the charges.

His computer at the used car garage was removed in 2019 and these charges relate to that.

He was never convicted of molesting the girls because the statute of limitation had passed as JB and M covered it up and tried to solve it with 'Christian' methods rather than the law.

Call my cynic, but I firmly believe that the recent "gender reveal" was orchestrated by JB to show what a "great dad and family man", all to paint the golden boy a way more favourable light.

I agree with others op, what makes you think it's different in the UK. I have watched my relative have to hand her children over to an abusive man for contact, despite family court and the case going to the cps. Her friend has to do the same with clear evidence of sexual abuse.

Even with more acts of domestic abuse being made illegal, I have no idea what a man has to do to not to have contact with his children positively encouraged

Anna is clearly a victim of emotional and financial abuse, and probably physical and sexual abuse too.

It's very possible she's been persuaded that if she left, josh would go for and maybe get full custody or at least unsupervised access. She may well feel staying is the only way to protect her kids.

I agree about Anna, I feel terrible for her. Also the sisters he molested, who will be going through unimaginable turmoil right now.
