To put a greenhouse on the drive

Garden is fairly small. I could tuck the greenhouse behind the garage....or have a lovely big greenhouse in front of it. Which gets sun all day with shade at the height of the day.

The garage isn’t big enough for a car to fit in, but is double length and full of junk.

I really want to knock it down for more garden but is this a reasonable compromise?

Great diagram OP. That looks like a good plan. Smile

I wouldnt get rid of the garage but if you could convert it I think that would be an amazing idea, done properly.
Is the stuff in the garage stuff that you'd need to rehome or could you do a big sort through and clear a lot of it away?

@NewPapaGuinea

Will probably need planning permission. Will be a juicy target for drive by stonings.
We have very few drive by stonings. Very few.

This gives details of which circumstances a greenhouse needs permission. In short, as long as it's not massive and there are no conservation restrictions upon your property, you won't need it.

Or heritage tomato thieves!
Just don't let your marrows grow too big OP; there's a lot of envious gardeners out there..
