Husband snored for years
I resent it so much. Kept me awake for years. It's isolating and stressful being awake in the night.

Realised the other week if I let him snore it out instead of waking him every couple of minutes after about 5 -10 Mins the snoring stops!!!

I have tried it for about a week now just over. It honestly works.

Are you going to try it tonight?

And I can't wear ear plugs because my tinnitus is far louder than his snoring.

Separate bedrooms here too 🙋🏽‍♀️ The best thing ever. No more hot and huffy puffy husband to deal with.

Doesn't work here - DH just doesn't stop. He snores right from the moment his head hits the pillow, until his alarm goes off in the morning Grin

I find a sharp jab to the side helps, or a "will you shut the fuck up?!".

What worked for me was a gorgeous superking mahogany sleigh bed I got for a song on eBay ... which I then parked in the front bedroom where I now sleep with the cats. I can stimulate hear him snoring from here but it doesn't give me the same homicidal thoughts.
Seriously, I would have shanked him if I'd spent any more nights in the same bed. He's like sleeping with a police helicopter.

My husband snores when his weight hits a certain level and then he knows it's time to lose a few pounds.

I find the turn him over/jab to his side works well

@gollymissdolly

It doesn't matter what position my DH sleeps in ,he still snores. I'm convinced if he could sleep standing on his head he would still sound like he was gargling with gravel. I find that a sharp tug on his pillow will resolve it if only for a short time.
My dh snores if he's on his back, the minute he turns on to his back I'm on alert, knowing it'll start. He must be subconsciously waiting for me to turn over and touch him to stop him as the minute I move he rolls onto his side- infuriating! Sometimes I don't turn over, just sneak my hand over backwards and poke him, frightens the life out of him. Sometimes I'll yank the pillow which really surprises him but it works.

My boyfriend can snore sitting up on the sofa, a very special skill. Luckily it doesn’t bother me as he snores virtually all night.

When he was on holiday with some friends one of the taped his mouth shut🤣

My DH drove me insane snoring for years, now I'm on medication and I snore just as badly as he does if not worse, he had the nerve to complain but dd1 looked at him and said she's heard him from her room for years so he can't talk
