AIBU to be upset about this work situation

I returned to work 2 weeks ago after 16 months off work ill. Since returning to work my manager (who has started there whilst I was off ill) has offered no support to me.
Quick catch up in the corridor when I first arrived back asking how I felt about been back but nothing else. No return to work, no risk assessment for covid.
Im not sure if I am been over sensitive, it would just help to know I have a bit of support at work.
AIBU?

@HOkieCOkie

Why do you need a covid risk assessment?
To determine whether it’s safe to be in work or if OP should be working from home.....we use the ALAMA risk assessment at my work place.....as such I stay at home and will do for the foreseeable future ( due to my low immunity) ....also 2 ladies who are over 70 also stay at home....your work place has a duty of care to keep you safe...everyone in my work place has had a covid risk assessment ( nhs employer)

I work in HR and cannot believe at the very least that you haven't had a return to work / phased return. Where i work currently we would have had regular welfare meetings too and conducted an OH referral to make sure we are supporting you on your return to work.

Please ignore some of these awful comments on here OP, AIBU is full of perfect humans unfortunately Hmm

I would also expect a Covid risk assessment to be carried out and a building induction seeing as you have not attended work during the pandemic.

It would be HR who manage returning to work in our organisation. If you needed a phased return, reasonable adjustments or a temporary change in duties they would arrange that and liaise with your manager. If you have concerns I'd discuss it with them.

There should be a risk assessment for Covid for your place of work and you can ask to see it. Although presumably they told you about the precautions they are taking in your place of work?
