Are Easter Gifts to teachers a thing?

Just that really. Do you give gifts at the end of the Spring term? I give at the end of Autumn and Summer terms, but is it the done thing at Easter?

I'm pretty mean...
I give a small fruit hamper and a card for the staff room, a few weeks before end of the summer term!
That'a it and only if I remember!

Turns out it is a 'thing' at my sons school and the teacher and TA were appreciative. I'm not sure why it is unusual as some have mentioned. You give gifts at Chrismtas and end of year, why not Easter? 2/3 end of terms you give so can't see the problem in giving at Easter. Especially for a CofE school.

I'm a teacher and I really don't expect anything. I get the odd present, but nothing like Christmas or the end of year, which again, are totally unexpected.

I bought my son's teachers an egg each to say thank you for this term.

I'm EYFS and I have been given three bunches of flowers and a couple of eggs. One set was from our committee and a couple were from new parents thanking us for helping their children settle during this shit time.

At the end of the summer term I would prefer a joint gift to the preschool of something that is on our wish list but we never expect anything as a right. A card is good enough in my eyes.
