I love this saying as my grandad used to say it.
Mine are...brie and cranberry panini, crunchie bars, pink wafers,sherry trifle and cheese and pineapple.

Saffron buns or cake with clotted cream and a drizzle of syrup.

Crumpets with salted butter and crunchy peanut butter.

Hot cross buns and salted butter.

Bagels with salted butter, lettuce, mashed avocado, bacon, ground black pepper and mayonnaise.

Tunnocks tea cakes.

Hot buttered toast with Marmite.
Steak frites.
Cheese and pickle sandwiches - much as I make my own chutneys, the pickle HAS to be Branstons (and no 'look-a-like' brands, once tried Aldi's version and it was a sad disappointment)
Toasted sourdough with olive oil, honey and a sprinkle of Maldon.
Lotus biscuits.
