Fish & chips out of paper eaten by the sea
DH’s Thai chicken curry with fresh egg noodles
DH’s homemade wholemeal bread with pretty much anything!
DM’s homemade scones with posh strawberry jam & clotted cream
DH’s chocolate chilli
Pie & mash
Bangers mash & beans
A really good homemade curry with rice & all the sides, mango chutney
Chinese especially duck with plum sauce
I could go on & on!!

Ooh yes. - cold roast potatoes & Double Gloucester with onion & chives. Discovered by accident & absolutely amazing!

Nong shim-Korean pot noodle on toast. Buttered potato cakes with cheddar.

Crisp butties! Has to be Walkers ready salted or salt & vinegar on crusty white bread thickly buttered. Heaven on a plate!

I'm totally with you @snowone , warburtons crumpets double dipped in the toaster with butter.
Have recently discovered sourdough crumpets at Tesco... amazing.

I'm very partial to Staffordshire oatcakes with melted cheese and good quality smoked streaky bacon.

Goats cheese, caramelised onion and balsamic vinegar combined in anything - a salad, a tart, anything.

Salted caramel fake Magnums from Aldi

There’s a local food truck that comes to our village once a month that makes waffles with deep fried chicken - amazing!

Home made vegetable soup with dumplings and fresh bread.
My granny's rhubarb crumble.
Cold roast potatoes and leftover ham on Christmas night.

Crisp sandwiches made with soft white bread and lots of butter

Crumpets with lots of butter and a slick of marmite

Sausage risotto

Homemade Broccoli and Stilton soup with cheese and ham toasties for dipping in, or warm buttered baguette

Easter eggs

Hog roast sandwich in a soft white roll with pork, apple sauce, stuffing and lots of gravy

A pek sandwich (guilty pleasure)

Christmas leftover sandwich with turkey, struggling, cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets and gravy. And maybe a roast potato

Sandwiches are an absolute favourite of mine!

(cooked by a chef cuisine, served on the terrace of a penthouse suite at a five-star hotel naturally).

Of course! You are clearly a woman of great taste 😉

Tortilla wrap absolutely stuffed with freshly roasted chicken breast, avocado, bacon, mayonnaise and maybe some sweetcorn. This was my treat lunch order in the olden days when I left home to go to work!

Also pretty much any Jane's Patisserie cheesecake 😋
