To ask you to help me find this Primark bunny jumper!

Hi!

I know, it's not meant for AIBU! But I need help and it's for my almost 2 year old so surely you can't hate me for asking? :)

She's in love with a primark bunny jumper that I bought her in December. She loves it so much.
We've even had to let her wear it to bed sometimes!

I've had to put it on for a wash today she misses it so much!

I know she probably won't be able to wear it for much longer. But I really need another one.

Obviously I've had a look on fb and eBay but no luck! Is there anywhere else I should check?

If you feel the need to support a company whose supply chain includes sweatshop labour and deaths, then they re-open probably on April 12th.

You could just seek to get her to love something else.

Where exactly does one shop to avoid the sweatshop made clothes?! As far as I’m aware most brands use cheap cheap labour.

Thank you though Peak! Because although you were rude, you helped to bump my thread and it meant I was able to find another jumper for my daughter. Probably not the outcome you wished for though.

Primark are one of the better manufacturers and have made huge strides in protecting their factory workers.
98% of factories working for Primark manufacture other brands too.
Some people spout off with no real knowledge.

Yay mumsnet to the rescue! Did you have to pay a premium for it?

@Sleepyquest The jumper was priced at £2.50 (was £3 in the shop) then you have to pay a 50p 'buyer protection' and then the postage and packaging was £3.20 😅 so £6.20 for a £3 jumper.

Worth it.

I wish I could just give her another bunny top or jumper and that be it, but I've already tried that and she wants this one!
She cries if I have to wash it, and then yesterday when it was air drying she went nuts so I had to put it in the tumble dryer 😂

She's got a verbal delay, but will constantly point at her chest until she has that bunny jumper back. And her smile when she has it on...just adorable. So I'm rolling with it, perhaps once lockdown is over she will get some other obsession!
