Mine likes to tell me about random things that the TV show has reminded him of....so really not even relevant to what we are watching!!

Pause TV
" Oh so this reminds me....I was listening to Jo Rogan/of that episode of the Simpsons/did you see that tweet about....."

ARGH!!!!!

This is why I have subtitles on.

I always pause the tv and stare at him pointedly with the remote in my hand.
It's usually me talking over Mafsa though cos I'm raging about someone. (Harrison)
