To ask how much debt you are in?

Just that really.
Wondering how much debt the average person is in.. Including mortgage, loans, credit cards, overdraft?

Just curious!

£80k on the mortgage. Had a car loan but paid it off in lockdown.

I was watching that programme save a grand in 24 hours. Most of the people on there seem to have debt.

Years ago, in the 80s and 90s, it was encouraged. Now it's not quite a socially acceptable to have consumer debt, particularly from day to day overspending.
