Anyone elses family not getting out for daily walks?

That really, i see so many people out during the week, on the streets probably because its all we can do! Grin lots of photos on Facebook, but we barely get out, between home learning and my husband wfh, by the time the kids are done working they don't want to would rather game as they can talk to their friends via headset, i suppose the social aspect is more appealing than a walk with mum! i end up often its just me and the pram.
Used to enjoy the woods but reports of wierdos have put me off.
we only really get ouy for walks at weekends, anyone else like this? or is just me?
YANBU-im like this too,

We have a big, energetic dog. He needs walking twice a day. I live in a rural area though, so no walking on streets. It's easy to walk for miles without getting within 2m of anyone.

This thread is reassuring. I’ve felt rubbish that I’m not getting my two out but they are on a full school timetable, then it’s dark and time for tea anyway. I drag them out on the weekend but feels a bit of a chore. We have walked around the same fields for nearly a year. They are muddy and flooded now. I was quite enthusiastic, making the best of things for a bit but the well has run dry.

I’m in Aus so post lockdown now. During our first lockdown we were out everyday, during the second the kids didn’t want to leave the house, weather plus all the news they watched homeschool frustration and the restrictions we had about going out they sort of shut down a bit.

One of mine unfortunately stacked on weight so we stuck with that ongoing issue, but he’s come through with pretty good mental health despite lots of changes and uncertainty (which usually he struggles with immensly).
