I've continued wearing a bra while working from home because I've been worried my breasts will sag otherwise. But to my surprise, I've just read an article saying that wearing a bra can actually cause sagging! I've Googled and have found conflicting information on this. Does anyone have any insight? I hate wearing a bra, and if there's no benefit then I won't continue doing so in the house.

I haven’t read the thread but I can tell you that for me this thread is closes to home because from personal experience that I am currently regretting spending the last lots of time over the last few months/year not wearing a bra because my (admittedly large) breasts have dropped by about an inch at least but worse one has dropped very slightly more than the other but noticeably (I don’t know why) Shock
