DH in a mood because I received an appointment for my covid jab

I am several years older than him and have been shielding since last March due to a medical condition. I showed him my appt and he just humphed and grumpily said I wonder when I will get mine. He seems to think he should have his now even though he is not in any of the top four categories, why can't he be pleased that I have mine and that the more people that are vaccinated the sooner we will be able to have a bit more normality in our lives.

Almost all our extended family has either had their first dose (patient facing roles) or due theirs in the next few months (mid 60s, CV but not CEV)

DH and I (healthy adults in our 30s) are nothing but pleased.

Group 6 is everyone from 16-64 that has a clinical condition.

My husband has had his because he works for the NHS. I won't get mine for a while yet. I'm just happy he's protected now as if we were going to catch it, it's more likely that he would be the one to get more sick. Makes me feel better about sending him to the shops.....
