AIBU to have a very random crush on The Beast from ITV’s The Chase? He’s not my usual type in terms of looks, but there’s something strangely sexy about him!

When I went on the Chase, he was my Chaser, and I’m not gonna lie, I did feel a bit of animal magnetism there!

Be ok as a one off but imagine living with him. I bet he explains the history and origin of every damn tiny thing. We wouldn’t last long.

They go to great lengths to make sure you don’t see your Chaser till they walk out on set, so sadly no, no backstage chat opportunities but I did bat my eyelashes a bit during filming - very embarrassing watching it back! It was fun being a contestant. They’re really lovely to you! Sadly I didn’t win anything - it’s very difficult to beat the Beast!

I have got a massive crush on Bradley Walsh - just makes me giggle like a bridesmaid!!

We saw The Beast at Malaga airport a few years ago. He's huge! Or he was, he's lost weight.

My secret crush is Greg Davies. All 6ft 8 of him. I think he's delicious and probably filthy. The Beast, though - not for me I'm afraid.

I think it’s the sexy voice and commanding presence combined with the high level of intelligence that does it for me! And I love his facial expressions!

The arrogance thing could just be a persona but I find it really off putting anyway. He seems to be a sore loser, he always seems really pissed off when he gets beaten whereas Paul Sinha always seems genuinely pleased for the team.

I've had a crush on him for years. Then he married his second cousin and went right off him.

I’m originally from where The Beast lives and my family still live there. I’d moved down south and came home one weekend to surprise my Nan. I nipped into Dunelm before I went to her house. The Beast was in the queue buying tea towels and a few places behind, was my Nan. I walked over to her and said “surprise!” She glanced at me and said “oh hello love... look over there it’s him from the Chase!” She was very impressed with his size and very underwhelmed at my surprise visit.

The Beast from Beauty and the Beast was way hotter than the prince. I would have been very disappointed when he changed.

Apparently he is!! Someone I met on a coach holiday a few years ago said he came to the bingo hall her and her friend went to and he shunned anyone who tried to talk to him and just kept banging on about how famous he is. She said he's the most arrogant person she's ever met.

Yes. But in the original cinema version from when we were younger that didn't have the learning montage where he had to learn to read and use a spoon. Put me right off him, as I was teaching my own children to do those things around the same time as I saw B&B again as an adult....
