Sit down or stand up to do it?

Further to an eye opening conversation.with Dp today..slightly embarrassing..but..following a poo do you stand up or sit down to wipe your bum?
He thought my way was really odd, I find his odd..a Google sees a massive divide with people most definitely sticking to one way or the other..who knew 🤷🏻‍♀️

I stand, mostly. I’m quite fat and find it difficult to manoeuvre when sitting.

I manage to get myself perfectly clean because my sphincter has a perfect pinching off action so there’s not much to wipe! I don’t understand why people think you’re squashing you’re shit up between your arse cheeks - how much poo do you leave dangling?!

I also stand to insert mooncup but in that instance I have one leg hoiked up on the toilet seat or edge of the bath
