Dead snowman blocking my gate

I just went to let my cat in and saw that someone has dumped what looks like destroyed snowman in my gate, I've just had to get a spade and remove it all which was a pain as it had hardened so was pretty heavy as I have a daughter who uses a wheelchair sometimes as she has a neuromuscular condition which can affect her walking at times. AIBU in thinking someone has probably done this on purpose and be really annoyed about it as there were no snowmen out on the front an hour ago so they must have brought it from somewhere else

It doesn't look like a snowman, just like a pile of snow. Looks like someone has had a bit of fun and dumped it there.

I doubt it's anything to do with the wheelchair, more likely to be some teenagers messing about with a giant snowball and it ending up at your house, the trails look like bike trails to me. It could have been a snowman someone has built and another has destroyed?

If it IS a snowman-corpse there will be a carrot, and coal. Maybe a scarf. Do a CSI job on it.

Have you actually checked that he is dead. He might be just sleeping.

You can have some of ours, kind of glad the schools are closed atm so we don't really need to go anywhere in it. Also the bin men didn't empty our side of the street and I still have part of a turkey corpse in my bin from christmas

These are the tracks, looks like some kind of wheels. I am the last house on a row that are set back with a slope so no way someone would be passing my house with a pushchair and I haven't taken the wheelchair out, more likely they have taken it down the disability ramp and then over to my house and dumped it there

Pulled a giant snowball on a sledge and given up is much more likely

For some reason, I read the title as “dead postman blocking my gate “. I thought to myself “why is she telling us, call an ambulance!” 😂

Sorry this happened to you OP though, sounds like its a right fuck on in your situation.

But I cannot deny this post brought out my childish side and now considering doing it to all the neighbours so they all whinge on tomorrow (not the elderly ones who would have issues moving it though)

Would that be a freeze burn then crotch? Your detailed knowledge is suspicious.

I think I see carrots, so I infer that it must have been a snow person. Could be it felt ill and tried to get home but didn't make it :-(

Those tracks look like sledge marks to me. You need to look out for likely culprits with sledges.
