Hygiene and supermarket trolleys

I would like the government to make it law to stop children standing or sitting in supermarket trolleys, this is very unhygienic.Children step in all sorts, dog poo, spit, vomit and then with their grubby feet stand in a trolley, at times when I see this I want to say get your child out of the trolley, it really gets on my nerves, anyone else agree, especially with Covid 19 rife.

Completely agree op. On Saturday when I was doing weekly food shop, I saw this girl around 8 or 9, sitting in the main food part of the trolley with her legs stretched out, playing on a tablet. She had a coat over her legs and her mum was just putting the food on her legs. Normally I mind my own business but I must admit when she walked past I was a bit 👀👀😂 definitely old enough to be walking sensibly.
