What's your favourite tapas?

I'm going to do a "tapas night" to treat myself since there's no going out!

What's your favourite tapas? I seem to remember eating some kind of chorizo and honey combo, but give me your ideas of things to make!

I can't eat pulpo, anymore, once I realised how intelligent they are. I worry that there will be payback.

@elQuintoConyo we have one where they count the tiny wooden squares they bring the tapas out on by us, you grab one as they go past and at the end they count the boards. I think everywhere counts sticks or squares (in Spain).

Chiperones

Sweet tapas, maybe
Crema Catalana, my mum makes delicious ones and catemilses the top with a quemadora.
Tarta Santiago which is good if its fresh.
Churros which are essy but take a while.
Buti loads of places you just get ice cream of peculiar cakes and in actual taperia there is no dessert.

Baked goats cheese with honey
A really good quality serrano ham

I love pintxos best so basically anything on a slice of baguette but my favourite is Pintxos Gilda - I could eat tens of them.

our local tapas plaxce has a creamed spinach dish i love. Not sure it is uathentic but it is good!

Plus octopus in lemon and olive oil.
