Why don’t OPs return to their thread anymore?!

TreacleHart · 01/01/2021 21:15

The beauty section does non M&S stuff so you might find something that suits you.
I've always found the towels and bedding good as well.

MaudHatter · 01/01/2021 21:17

Bedding or food

It makes me cross too! Then a thread popped up, started by me, that I had forgotten about. In my defence I have just been back on it! Grin

What is the bet that the OP actually works for M&S and this thread is a way of driving traffic to their site as people will now be looking up some of the ideas suggested

I get loads of these and I go to M&S food. Often have a meal for £10 or similar as my Friday treat and love their salmon quiche. Had great homewares from them too including a recycled bottle duvet which I like.

@cyclingmad

Food! I'd use it all on food then the money you normally spend on food you can buy what you really want
This if there's nothing you want. If you shop carefully, it's not expensive.

Plus the reductions can be excellent. We got the Christmas themed Colin big cake for £2.50 a few days ago .

Vitaminsss · 01/01/2021 22:57

Ooo I saw their Christmas Yule log cake for 50p the other day! Down from £6. It was gluten free which is probably why it was reduced to that extent, there was a lot on the shelves

Homeware towels cushions lots to choose from.
Bedding. Got some lovely sheets and pillow cases. The sort that are a bit like sweatshirt material but obviously not as heavy. Very cosy. Dh loves them.
My mum loves their Egyptian cotton range. She bought a set and then had to buy another so as to have a change.
Got a great deal on a case of a lovely wine on offer for £36
Love their Pur 4 in one mineral powder foundation.
Tbh it wouldn't really be hard to spend £100 ar least I wouldn't find it hard.

MrsClatterbuck · 01/01/2021 23:09

I have a cashmere hoodie which is so cosy and warm. Washes extremely well I have had it over 6 years and still going strong.

Runnerduck34 · 02/01/2021 00:03

When i was given a giftcard a treated myself to a bunch of flowers a week until it ran out.
The homeware section is worth a look too if theres something you need

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 05/01/2021 21:40

Either all our advice was useless, or we shall just never know what the OP decided on Grin
