Iv been given a voucher for M&S. The clothes are not my style so what else do you recommend I buy?

OP posts:
KaptainKaveman · 30/12/2020 22:00

Their throws are lovely.

Maryann1975 · 30/12/2020 22:02

I think I would use to buy a few of their lovely meal deal things. The main, sides and pudding, or whatever the deals are (I can rarely afford them, so not 100%).

One a week for a few weeks until the £100 runs out.

caringcarer · 30/12/2020 22:03

Bedding I'd good at M&S. Good items and underwear. You don't have to spend it all at once.

HibernatingTill2030 · 30/12/2020 22:05

Homeware or food
The clothes are overpriced and quality has gone down.

rookiemere · 30/12/2020 22:05

Their sports leggings are fab, funky patterns, side pocket and a snip at £25. I may have bought 7 pairs since the start of lockdown

yankeedoodledandee · 30/12/2020 22:06

I would just use it for food and spend £100 on myself elsewhere tbh.

amber763 · 30/12/2020 22:07

@JustBeKind I really want that coat now! The pink one is gorgeous! Do you remember what the sizing was like?

I'd buy that coat and some pj's or some lovely food

BluebellCockleshell123 · 30/12/2020 22:09

Sausage rolls.

AnneElliott · 30/12/2020 22:09

I'd buy bedding and night wear and undies.

GellerYeller · 30/12/2020 22:10

Bought most of our Christmas food with a £100 M and S voucher. Had we not my needed that it would have been any of these:
Heatgen thermals
Bedding in the sale
Ren/Ultrasun skincare
Cashmere scarf
Work shoes/boots/coat
Undies
Cheese tasters. Basket full 😊

JustBeKind · 30/12/2020 22:19

@amber763 I’m a size 14 and the 14 fitted like a glove, it was just right. The pink colour is much more vibrant than the picture on the website is.

@YakkityYakYakYak I have coat envy! I should have bought it.

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 30/12/2020 22:54

Food/wine.
Cashmere jumper - I am wearing one from three years ago right now and it washes brilliantly in the machine.
Beauty stuff/perfume.

We got bedlinen with vouchers from there last year and ended up returning it because the colour bled in the wash (it was white with navy). Maybe we were just unlucky though.

SilenceOfThePrams · 31/12/2020 13:36

Their flavoured walnut whips.
A box of their really chocolatey chocolate biscuits.
Their own brand cheesy wotsits.
A big bunch of flowers.

Although actually more practically M and S have concessions in our hospital so I’d probably save it and have a decent latte every time we are at outpatients (which is about the only place we go these days).

thegcatsmother · 01/01/2021 17:16

Cheese straws, Belgian chocolate bars, knickers, tights, shoes, biscuits.

CounsellorTroi · 01/01/2021 17:21

Bedding
L'Occitane stuff
Nightwear/dressing gown

BritWifeinUSA · 01/01/2021 17:23

Cheese

MatildaTheCat · 01/01/2021 17:25

Cashmere jumper.

MinervaSaidThar · 01/01/2021 17:28

Autograph 100% Supima cotton bedding, if they still do it.

Lindy2 · 01/01/2021 17:29

I'd get some shoes or boots and some lovely food.

goose1964 · 01/01/2021 17:39

I like their handbags

BabblativeBean · 01/01/2021 17:48

Pans! My favourite ever pan is from M&S, although they don't don't sell it anymore. After that I would say gloves, followed by no vpl pants.

StoneofDestiny · 01/01/2021 17:50

Bedding or furniture
Undies or food
PJ's

Nothing wrong with this stuff at M&S

SkinnyMinnieee · 01/01/2021 17:53

For that you should be able to get two nice ready meals and a bottle of wine at M&S. Grin

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 01/01/2021 17:56

None of these ideas any good OP?

Vieve1325 · 01/01/2021 19:33

I’d buy £100 worth of their champagne and strawberry jam - I’m flipping addicted to the stuff 😂
