To my ordered flowers are meh?

Ordered flowers for a friend. Wanted to make an extra special effort so splashed out £60.

First pic is advertised flowers. Second pic actual.

I think it's a bit poor. Friend loves them. Should I complain?

Another vote for Bloom and Wild. They do come with lots of buds - but after a couple of days they look amazing. Just had a pretty Christmas display delivered today.
