Because their dog literally keeps the whole fucking street up all night. It howls and howls and howls all night.

Am I being naive thinking the council will do anything at all? (They are council tenants). We aren't the only ones on the street who complain about it.

The guy can be very hostile so I don't feel comfortable going round there. I always hear him shouting as well.

It's driving me insane.

Report to council noise, council housing and police if they get nasty. I was in this situation and the dog wasnt around long. Hopefully rehomed sonewhere suitable, but I was past caring. It was torture
