That I have managed to get a job in the most rubbish of years!

I honestly thought I would never work again due to being wrongly sacked for gross misconduct, but, nope, I got A JOB!! After 7 crap, rubbish, frustrating months, After applying for 100's of jobs, I GOT A JOB!! Woop! Woop!

Congratulations! That's great! A very dear friend of mine suffered the same thing, was accused of gross misconduct (no bloody way), and resigned before he was fired. There's some right nasty buggers out there!

I really do empathise with you, I'm on the wrong side of 45, only just the right side of 50, have been out of work for three years, and was absolutely over the moon to get a job too. So go us!

I also had the offer to resign, but I genuinely thought, as I had done nothing wrong, that I'll be fine and thy would see what really happened when they carried out the investigation...Just shows how good liars can be.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I had it nearly happen to me too, once. Thankfully, they were really very much dumbarses, and I saw what was happening, and buggered off and got myself a new job before they could completely do me over.

It's a job that I am very surprisingly happy and comfortable with! With a lovely team. I hope yours has a lovely team too!
