That I have managed to get a job in the most rubbish of years!

I honestly thought I would never work again due to being wrongly sacked for gross misconduct, but, nope, I got A JOB!! After 7 crap, rubbish, frustrating months, After applying for 100's of jobs, I GOT A JOB!! Woop! Woop!

That sounds awful for you, If you can, try and stick it out till you find another job. If you've done nothing wrong, you're employers aren't allowed to give a bad reference.

Nah, I appealed at the time, wasn't successful. As gutted as I was at the time, I needed to move on. I couldn't focus on anything other than the what if's and maybe's. I was breaking me. So, I thought, enough is enough. So I got myself up and dusted myself down, Moved on. It's there loss, not mine, I know I am a bloody good worker, and if they wanted to get rid of me on order to be able to get rid of someone else at the same time, Fuck 'em!
