Neighbours party

My neighbour is having a party. They have a marquee in their garden and people are in and out of the house and garden. It's an adults birthday party and they are playing loud-ish music. There's 15+ people there.
This is in London so under tier 2 restrictions.
I'm in bed BTW.

Then under cover of darkness B. So they don't suspect it's you reported them because you went to bed long before the police turned up.

If you think they might respond to a door knock with abuse, threats, or violence towards yourself, then don't bother knocking and go straight to reporting the gathering to the police.
